Cengage and LearnLaunch to Host Live Edtech Startup Pitch Competition
What: Cengage, an education and technology company, and LearnLaunch, an organization dedicated to connecting, supporting and growing the world’s edtech ecosystem, will co-host a fast-paced pitch competition featuring some of the area’s the most innovative higher education startups.
Industry experts from LearnLaunch, Cengage and Boston University will provide feedback to participating startups on ways to scale their business and increase their competitiveness in today’s market. This is the first in a series of pitch competitions hosted by LearnLaunch leading up to the organization’s Across Boundaries Conference on February 2 & 3 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

Paragon One: Paragon One helps international students overcome challenges in finding meaningful internship and apprenticeship work experience through an online career training platform.
Enotch Academics: Enotch Academics provides solutions for colleges and universities that increase collaboration and drive student results. Enotch was formed to provide solutions that empower an institution to make data driven decisions and measure the performance of faculty and staff.
FriendlyU: A profile based social app for high school students to connect and chat directly with college students at universities they are considering.
