Gale and Rosen Publishing Partner to Expand Access to Quality Health Resources

Farmington Hills, Mich., November 5, 2009 – Gale, part of Cengage Learning, has entered into a reciprocal agreement with Rosen Publishing Online to expand distribution of the companies’ respective online health resources.  Gale will distribute Rosen’s Teen Health and Wellness to K-12, academic and public libraries throughout the U.S. and Canada.  Rosen Publishing will distribute Gale’s Health & Wellness Resource Center to all markets.

“The demand for accurate health information is greater than ever,” said Frank Menchaca, executive vice president, publishing, Gale.  “We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with Rosen Publishing to expand access to vetted, expert information.

“Rosen’s Teen Health and Wellness is an award-winning resource that meets the unique information needs of young information-seekers,” said Menchaca.  “With a mission of providing ‘real answers,’ this resource delivers relevant health information that’s tailored to teens.”
