Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Foundations Receives a 2010 American Graphic Design Award

The winning title, Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Foundations, is a beautifully illustrated culinary arts reference work that features nearly 2,000 photographs and is designed to teach the secrets of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school. Written by the chefs of Le Cordon Bleu, this publication celebrates the history of French culinary technique and infuses it with modern interpretation. The award-winning design was developed by Casey Kirchmayer, senior art director, Cengage Learning.
Sponsored by the editors of Graphic Design USA, the American Graphic Design Awards are awarded to spotlight areas of excellence and opportunity for creative professionals.
