About the Authors

Anthony (Tony) Meola is CEO of Saxon Mortgage Services, A Morgan Stanley Company, where he is responsible for Morgan Stanley’s Business Strategy and Operational Execution in the mortgage space for the United States. He is a recognized industry leader with more than 22 years of experience at the senior management level in the mortgage industry and has served on the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Residential Board of Governors. He has also served on the Board of the Chicago Public Education Fund and is involved in public speaking and executive coaching.

Dr. Paul Sanghera has more than 15 years of diverse project management experience in the computer industry, from Netscape to MP3, and at research labs from Cornell to CERN. Expertise in multiple application areas, including physics, computer science, RFID, biotechnology, and nanotechnology, has helped him to master the global principles of project management that apply to all application areas. Dr. Sanghera has several industry certifications, including PMP, CAPM, Project+, Network+, Linux+, SCJP, and SCBCD and has contributed to building world-class technologies, such as Netscape Communicator and Novell’s NDS. Timothy Kachinske has extensive experience in developing and managing fundraising programs. Over a period of 17 years, he has served as a development officer at a private liberal arts college, a research university, an international science organization, a social service agency, an overseas American college, and an independent school. At these organizations he has had responsibilities directly related to annual funds, special events, corporate and foundation fundraising, major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns. Currently Tim continues development and fundraising work as a consultant designing contact, fundraising, and membership database systems for nonprofit organizations. He regularly teaches classes to help nonprofit managers adapt sales software to fundraising and membership management.
